The National Parks system can be quite intimidating to navigate if you aren’t familiar. Timed entry passes for vehicles, campsites that sell out less than 30 seconds from launch, area closures, shuttle passes, backcountry permits and other issues can make it very daunting to plan trips to these areas. Millions of people go to these parks and forests every year. Do you want to leave your trip to chance?

Need a little help getting your trip in order? The Yosemite can get you where you’re going.
We will start with a 15 minute call to discuss trip dates, locations, and activity level. You will receive a baseline itinerary and links to all booking pages needed for camping and passes. You will receive a guide for tips and tricks for travel in the area. List of suggestions for must-do activities and hikes.
Want to travel to a popular park but don’t know where to get started? The Rainier will help you get a leg up on the rest of the crowd.
30 minute planning session to go over location preferences, activity levels, etc. Full itinerary built and delivered within one week of session. I will send you reminder texts or emails about booking windows to ensure you don’t miss any campgrounds or passes you need. Daily hiking, sightseeing, and activity suggestions with links to booking pages. Packet of tips and tricks for navigating the NPS booking systems. Suggested packing list and gear recommendations for the area. Follow up communication for any changes and edits to itinerary.
Let me take care of the details. You just need to tell me where you want to go, how long you want to stay, what your budget is, and what your dream trip looks like. I will handle the rest.
Denali will start with a 60 minute planning call to discuss your trip. You will be sent a baseline itinerary within one week of call. Edits to baseline itinerary as needed. Once agreed upon by both parties, I will complete bookings for campgrounds, backcountry permits, etc. After all bookings are complete, you will be emailed a detailed day to day plan. You will receive tips for traveling in the area, must-do hikes and sight seeing, and activity suggestions. Driving mileage and timing estimates, sunrise and sunset times, tide charts and other relevant info will be included. I will also include a packing list, gear recommendations, and rental option guide delivered to your inbox.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as campground closures due to wildfires or road closures, I will ensure that backup plans are made and built into itinerary up until date of travel.
*Cost of Denali does not include booking fees for campgrounds, permits, activities, etc. Booking costs will be assessed after setting base itinerary and charged separately once agreed upon by both parties.
